The Law of Purple is a webcomic hosted by ComicDish and is written and drawn by Jessica Segaard.
It updates on weekdays. Most of the time.
Alien Revenant is also a webcomic hosted by ComicDish and written and drawn by Jessica Segaard. It updates MWF.
There are a few rules of conduct:
1. Don't spam.
2. Teasing is fine, but I know the difference between teasing and harrassment, which is not fine. AT ALL.
3. No elimination threads. For anything. Ever.
There are also a few "suggestions" for conduct-- these aren't rules but will make life easier-- and I won't laugh at you as much.
1. Avoid the "F" word. This is automatically censored into gibberish.
2. Try not to double post in active threads, excepting "General Feedback," because double posting is annoying.
3. Make sure your capslock is off-- "Yelling" hurts my eyes.
I love feedback, and I'd really like to know what you guys think of the comic in general and what you think of new developments, so feel free to say whatever you think of the comic!

Heh-- no, actually, the table got smaller because he absorbed part of it to become his clothing, the way he absorbed the knife and Lukas's gun earlier. It would probably be clearer if you were reading this all at once, in a book.
He also absorbed the can. Kahnohr actually lost some mass after he dissolved; it's just not very clear (or important) in the story, so he's replenishing what he lost.
Kite assumed he didn't have strength mods, but she was wrong.
XD I don't blame you about not wanting to get too close to Spike. Back when I was the person she's based on, my school friends described me as "the kind of person you want to hug, but you also want to check your hands after you've hugged her, to make sure you still have all your fingers."
Siege Page 7: Who looks totally different? Liion or Biiogra? 'Cause little kid Liion can be explained away in that Mandekor are like big cats, and have different fur patterns when they're babies (until they hit puberty) just like lions do. Hmmm. Which I seem to have forgotten to make note of in the page's commentary. Figures.

Star Spider 6: the cute little spider thingy bit him? (images him suddenly developing spider powers) Civilian Files 5: Eh? Cepheus eyes? I wonder what the glowing is about... page 6: Ah, I see... She sees people’s auras or something. I wonder if Jeanna likes her. (sees note about not being able to see your own) Huh. page 7: Heh. Poor Tiana. ^_^” She looks pretty freaked out. page 9: So, I guess maybe she’s like Cepheus where her father married an odd woman? And I wonder what the thing in the mirror’s about. Shizu the cat: The kitty’s cute. ^_^ The Siege of Feralis page 7: wow, he looks totally different. O_o page 8: I like the last panel. He’s all calm and everything and then he’s like, “Whaaa? O_o ” Out of the Darkness Ch4 page 3: Hmm... Their society sure has a thing about agreeing, huh? I wonder if there’s near as many forms of ‘no’... page 4: -_-” That’s not what I expected Spike to be doing out I the woods. page 5: eh...? And he looks so cute in the top panels. ^_^ page 6: There’s always some huge change just as someone says there isn’t any. ^_^” page 8: hmm... Spike’s definitely not as strong as she thinks... (or definitely doesn’t think) page 11: I think I like that blonde. She sounds like a good villian... kind’a scary and smart and stuff. But, that image of her could shatter with coming pages, I suppose. page 12: so he does have strength mods? I kind’a assumed she was telling the truth... page 14: huh... I think if I was around Spike, I’d not get too close to her... She’s hard to understand sometimes... I like the second panel. I think if I was him, I’d have the same reaction (although if I was him, I wouldn’t be able to throw her in the first place). page 17: they left him alone?! Don’t they know that’s when it always happens?! page 19: I wonder what happened to the can. page 20: heh... I wonder how that happened (to the table). ^_^” He’s somehow heavier when he reforms like that? page 23: (pushes ‘next’ button) Eh? It didn’t work? (pushes two or three more times) ... Oh. >_>”

(reads through a few I’d already seen to try to find my place and remember what was going on) I just realized... you have nice panels... I don’t really notice them too often and that’s nice. I started trying to make a little Bleach fan comic (not sure if you knew that already) and it’s so hard trying to think of how to make panels. T_T Angles and when to repeat panels to show motion and all that... Yours are very smooth, where it’s more like watching an anime than looking at a page. (am I exaggerating? Several times in the past, I’ve tried resuming a book by going to the TV, so it might have more to do with the story than the panels...) Civilian Files 3: The news girl is cute. And I thought she looked like a horse. And the duck is neat. Especially cute in the last panel. 4: Hmm... I can’t help think the equitaurs could have problems with space and trying to get their legs to do what they want them to. But, I’m sure it’d be much different if I became an equitaur versus someone being born one. ...I wonder how they rest. O_o Can horses sit? Out of the Darkness Ch3 Title Page: not that it’s not a nice picture, but your recurring dreams is really interesting. It’d be neat if that happened to me... And what if you have the dreams for a reason, like he’s really out there? O_o Hmm... actually, now it’s starting to sound like a comic called Dreamless about a girl and boy who saw each other every night since they were born. But, it sounds like your dreams are more mysterious. page 2: I think he reminds me of Green in the last panel. He suddenly looks so cute and innocent with his big sparkly eyes. ^_^” page 4: I wonder why he didn’t just let the blond go, if he doesn’t really want to kill anyone... I think I like the first few panels a lot. His kind’a disbelieving expression in the first, and the calm emotion in the second, well, and him zooming around that fast, makes him seem pretty much unstoppable. Even though I know where he came from (...basically...), I’m going, “what in the world is he?! O_o ” page 5: ... Well, that’s a little odd. He’s all terminator-mode, and then he’s like, “hey, you know where there’s a library around here?” (although, if I remember right, I think there was something weird like that in one of the Terminator movies) page 6: (spends a few seconds wondering what actually happened to that thing he ‘ate’) Page 8: Hmm... I wonder if that’s actually that one guy in disguise... In that case, I think Lukas may have a greater chance of losing his head if he asks than if he doesn’t... Oh, and I wonder about that game board in the last panel. Actually, I started wondering when I saw the deck of cards on the last page, because I don’t know many card games. page 9: I’d probably turn into something like that if I was a shape shifter, just because I wouldn’t have enough time or imagination to plan out a good thing to turn into... “teeth! I need big teeth to look scary!” I wonder how functional his shapes are. I mean, if he has the same amount of strength no matter what he looks like, or if he also gains any abilities the shapes would have. I guess I wonder about that because it looks like he keeps whatever powers he usually has when he changes shape, so I wonder how it works the other way. page 11: He has such pretty golden eyes. ^_^ Hmm... and I wonder if either Spike or Cepheus could be the anomaly. Especially since he’s going into that building. page 12: Hmm... page 16: The last panel catches my eye. I think it looks as though Spike could do something. Or at least... I’ve seen shows and stuff where a character’s helpless, but wants to do something, so then they gain some type of super power and kicks their butt. ...there’s also a lot of times I want that to happen and it doesn’t. page 17: Apparently, Spike seems to think that way, too (or not at all). page 19: I wasn’t expecting that. And Cepheus looks surprised, as well. page 20: So he doesn’t like touching people because it makes a mind link thingy? The third (or is it fourth...) panel, it looks like he’s had enough of hearing Spikes’ thoughts. page 21: Eh? Does she mean the fire-breathing monsters Cepheus thought of, or herself...? page 22: I hope Cepheus can help her through things. ^_^ Mostly so I can see learn something about it. ^_^” Hmm... Still lotsa pages left. ^_^ I think I like reading a lot at a time... comics flow better that way...

okay this is me getting to finally play catch up lol
First of all... "for a good time call Malcolm" OMFG that had me in hysterics when I saw that lol And it is something you will definitely see a play off on somewhere in my spellbound series too lol Probably catch the one who actually wrote it lol
And I have a testing desire to WANT to play truth or dare with Morgan... only because yes I am still a Morgan fanatic lol. What?... It would be fun... >_>... <_<... lol
And sorry Lynnah sometimes it is just not that easy to stay in character in such rpg's :3

The REAL reason there was no update on Friday!

http://maskandcapecomics.com These guys had Cookie Monster at their table as a "consultant." The guy manning him was pretty funny. Also they're like, a young comic book company? Kind of amateur linework (nothing practice won't fix) but the coloring's quite polished. On the other hand, they need to be more careful about spelling. (hmm. Right now there seems to me the site isn't ready. Oh well, I shall leave it here for posterity?) When I told one of them that LOP is almost up to 900 pages (you have to pump your assets) he was very impressed because he had under twenty pages. XD (I almost teased him about being a "comic baby," but since he was six inches taller than me, has dreads, a pierced lip, and I was wearing a too-long Arwen dress, I didn't. XD)

This Jack is the most authentic cosplayer I have seen so far. He even did the walk and the talk. Plus he got stuck in the revolving door to our hotel, where he was also staying (I wish I had gotten it on camera, him walking around in circles, but I didn't. Nuuu!)
Darth Talon here is Lindsay, also known here as Sheikahchica. She also dressed as Slave Leia and Alice from Resident Evil. Alice didn't get a lot of attention, but Leia and Talon outshined all three of us other gals who went. Which maybe had to do with my suggesting doing themed costumes in the future.
Also the kitty cat on the ground there is me.
Tifa stole my ears! D: (This was actually in the parking lot of the Taco Bell from before we set out, but hey.)
For some reason Linsee hasn't posted any of the pictures with Barbara yet (I didn't have a camera, like the big doof that I am. XD) Barbara's the one who had the video camera and hasn't posted any yet, though (she's supposed to tell me when she does.) Once again, I'll post more when I have access to more.
The 501st Regiment was there, which meant a lot of Star Wars cosplayers.

Here's the website, so no one thinks I'm making this up. XD (This was Colassalcon 8, fyi for when they change the website to reflect the next con.)
The con was to run from Thursday to Sunday.
The plan was that SheikahChica and I would buy weekend passes and go on Friday and Saturday afternoon to evening, with Sheikah driving (because I'm afraid of steering wheels and still don't have a license.)
On the way to my place on Friday, Sheikah rear-ended someone and trashed the front of her car. No one was seriously hurt, but she got burns on her arms from the airbag and it was also damned scary all round. (On a bright note, she was going to put her slave Leia cosplay on at my house, which meant she wasn't wearing it while standing next to a crashed car on the highway.)
Well, I was hardly going without my poor elf (and not just because I don't drive) and she rather obviously was no longer up to it, so Friday was out. There was a strong likelihood that Saturday was out too-- how would you guys feel about driving after that?
That evening, one of our cats that had been missing for several months turned up on the south end of the property, and all that that entails.
Then, Invid said that he would be willing to go to SheikahChica's house (where we had never been before and which is an hour away from ours, btw, and getting to Colassalcon as well made for a two hour trip) and drive us to the convention for Saturday. (Thanks, big bro!) So I called her the next morning to see how she felt about doing that when she got out of work.
Happily, she was game for it, and we stayed at the con until midnight on Saturday and had a great time. (And she did dress as Slave Leia, and everyone loved her and wanted her picture.)
Then on Sunday I slept all day because I was totally wrung out. XD Which is why the comics are being pushed to Wednesday.
Ironically, we didn't actually go to any events at the con-- we just walked around basking in the atmosphere and enjoying the people!
